Pomyx Icons respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Pomyx icon pack applications, wallpaper features, optional icon request features, premium request features, support features, and this website.

The applications are designed with a privacy-friendly approach. They do not require user accounts and do not include analytics systems, advertising SDKs, behavioral profiling, or background tracking systems.

1. General App Behavior

The applications do not require registration or user accounts.

The applications do not automatically transmit personal information to Pomyx in the background.

Data processing only occurs when you voluntarily use specific features such as:

• loading online wallpapers;
• checking public update information;
• sending an icon request;
• sending a premium icon request;
• contacting support by email.

2. Online Wallpapers and Update Resources

Some applications load public online resources such as:

• wallpaper images;
• wallpaper thumbnails;
• public update JSON files;
• configuration files;
• public metadata.

These resources are hosted on GitHub Pages.

They are used only for normal application functionality such as displaying wallpapers or checking public update information.

Pomyx does not use these requests for advertising, analytics, behavioral tracking, or user profiling.

Please note that GitHub Pages infrastructure may automatically process standard technical server-side request information such as IP address, request time, requested file, and user agent according to GitHub's own infrastructure and privacy practices.

3. Optional Icon Requests

Some applications include optional icon request features.

When you use an icon request feature, the application locally checks installed applications on your device to identify apps that are not yet themed.

Generated request information may include:

• application names;
• package names;
• launcher activity/component names;
• launcher information;
• Google Play links for requested apps.

This information is never sent automatically.

The application prepares the request inside your chosen email application as text or an attachment. You can review, edit, or cancel the generated email before choosing to send it.

Pomyx only receives this information if you actively decide to send the email.

The information is used only for icon request processing, compatibility support, launcher compatibility, and future icon coverage improvements.

4. Premium Requests and Google Play Billing

Some applications may offer optional premium request packages, donations, or other one-time purchases through Google Play Billing.

Payments are processed entirely by Google Play Billing.

Pomyx does not receive or store:

• payment card information;
• banking information;
• billing passwords;
• tax information;
• full payment credentials.

The application may receive basic purchase status information from Google Play Billing to validate purchases, unlock premium request credits, or prevent duplicate transactions.

5. Support Emails and Bug Reports

If you voluntarily contact support or send a bug report, the email may contain information you choose to provide.

Depending on the situation, this may include:

• your email address;
• message contents;
• Android version;
• device model;
• launcher information;
• application version;
• optional technical diagnostic text.

These reports are never sent automatically.

You can review and control the contents of the email before sending it through your chosen email application.

The information is used only for support, troubleshooting, compatibility improvements, and icon development.

6. Data Retention

Because the applications do not use user accounts or developer-controlled user databases, Pomyx does not maintain user profiles.

Emails, icon requests, premium requests, support messages, or bug reports voluntarily sent to Pomyx may remain in email systems for a limited time as reasonably necessary to:

• process requests;
• provide support;
• maintain icon development continuity;
• avoid duplicate request handling;
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

You may request deletion of previously sent request emails or support messages by contacting the email address listed below.

7. Permissions

The applications request only permissions required for normal functionality such as:

• internet access;
• wallpaper functionality;
• online resource access;
• Google Play Billing functionality.

The applications do not request sensitive permissions such as:

• precise location;
• contacts;
• microphone;
• SMS;
• call logs.

8. Third-Party Services

Optional features may interact with:

• your chosen email client;
• your email provider.

These services operate under their own independent privacy policies.

9. Data Sharing

Pomyx does not sell, rent, trade, or share personal data with advertising networks, analytics providers, or data brokers.

Information voluntarily sent by email is used only for support, icon development, compatibility work, and request processing.
